Deborah Fleming

Deborah has worked for over 10 years  in consultancy, specialising in

Group Change and Team interventions.  She has supported clients in
Colombia, Poland, Spain, France and Brussels. 

She has worked as a change management consultant in a wide range of
sectors including IT, public and private utilities, hydrocarbons and
telecommunications. Deborah has an MSc in Organisational
Development and Change, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development and is BPS Level A and B qualified.

Deborah has much experience in OD and culture programmes in
large-scale training and change. She has a strong systems capability
and has conducted research into the impact of mergers on
organisations.  She has worked with strategic leadership
teams to help them understand their vision and develop
a constructive culture.  Her motivations lie in developing
people through group interventions, culture awareness
and self-development.
