Roundtable Discussion

On the 30th March we hosted a roundtable discussion in conjunction with the Training Journal.  This was a very successful event and we attach a pdf of the article that is in the May edition of the Training Journal (see below).

What was the Purpose of the Roundtable?

Participants were able to share their current experience of complex change and the demands this places on leadership at all levels. The discussion highlighted new ideas and methods and drew some conclusions as to best practice.

The following are the Key questions which were addressed :

  • How do you keep an organisation performing successfully through complex change?
  • How do some companies re-invent themselves to outperform their competitors?
  • What is it about their values and leadership style that sets them apart?
  • Why organisations experiencing great success are most vulnerable to failure?
  • What is the extent to which people in organisations are prepared to change and what are the consequences for their leadership?
