AEM-cube®

The AEM-cube® analyses individual's ability to respond to the demands created by the business cycle.  It is ideal as the basis for leadership and management development.

Differing abilities to manage change are linked to a combination of evolutionary influences on our behaviour.  The AEM-cube® measures three of these: attachment, maturity and exploration.




This provides a rich picture of where on the S-curve people are going to be predisposed to make their most important contribution, which area they're going to be most comfortable with.

The AEM-cube® is a 360° feedback instrument.  The resulting report shows an individual's and teams' posture towards change, challenge, task and purpose.  This enables team members to understand their individual positions and inter-relationships to increase team effectiveness.  The report links the need for diversity of thinking with the need for congruence of vision, value and behaviour as a powerful platform to building trust and increasing performance.
